1. Where We Ship From

Our olive wood products are handcrafted in Bethlehem, the Holy Land.

Most orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment locations in Illinois and California, allowing us to provide convenient domestic shipping to our customers.

Depending on product availability, items within the same order may occasionally ship separately from different locations.

2. Order Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Orders containing in-stock merchandise are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Out-of-Stock or Special-Order Items

Some handcrafted olive wood products may have longer processing times depending on availability.

If an item is unavailable for immediate shipment, we will provide an estimated shipping timeframe before accepting an order whenever possible.

If an order cannot be shipped within the originally stated timeframe, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping service

  • Number and size of items ordered

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

5. Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed during checkout.

Although we do not currently offer international shipping through our website, we understand that customers around the world may wish to purchase our handcrafted olive wood products.

We will be happy to review your request and determine whether international shipping can be accommodated.

International shipping availability, costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs fees will be discussed before an order is arranged.

7. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status.

We carefully package our products to help protect them during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review your concern and work toward an appropriate resolution.

This requested reporting timeframe does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

We will do our best to accommodate address corrections before shipment. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.
